Bradley Brothers General Contractors, Inc. works to provide a quality

Our Process
While each project proves to be different in many ways, Bradley Brothers
follows a proven outline that will keep your renovations on time and on
budget.
First contact - discuss project feasibility and schedule an
initial meeting to perform the following tasks:

Initial meeting with customer to discuss and
examine your project |

Determine if the project is possible with
regard to your budget |
|
Establish rough estimate of cost (These figures
are not an estimate/bid or proposal to perform work but the
intent is to have a ballpark figure to determine whether or not
the project is possible) |
Project Proposal - develop project specifics and detail
the work to be completed:

Investigate the home and provide consultation as needed |

Photograph and measure the effected area of the project site |

Provide solutions for requested work to be
performed |

Prepare the proposal and contract for with the
work to be performed. Included with the proposal will be the
payment schedule should the contract be agreed upon |
Contract Acceptance - Once final approval is made, Bradley
Brothers General Contractors, Inc. will produce all of the final permit
drawings, provide engineering review, apply for all necessary permits
and schedule the starting and completion dates.
